. Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. Due to weight & balance of the aircraft anyone weighing over 250 lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the individual fare. Blue Hawaiian will absorb the other 50%.

We require 48 HOURS notice in order to change or cancel your reservation. Tours cancelled with less than 48 HOURS affect other guests booked on our flights and don't allow enough time to resell the cancelled seats. Reservations cancelled within 48 HOURS will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us with the required notification and we will be happy to accommodate you. Rainfall happens to be a part of your adventure, the waterfalls and rainbows can be even more spectacular.
