CANCELLATION POLICY

Please reply to our email or fax voucher, or we cannot guarantee your reservation.

Your reply is notification that you agree to the times, dates, and the charges, and that you understand and agree to all of the contents of this voucher, and that this written voucher supercedes any and all telephone conversations between you and the vendor or the booking agency either before this reservation was made, or at any time prior to your check in. If there are new additions or changes, it must be made in the form of a new voucher – in writing and agreed to via REPLY EMAIL by you in order for the changes to be in effect.

THIS VOUCHER IS YOUR TICKET. PLEASE PRINT IT OUT AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE ACTIVITY LOCATION.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

1. 100% refund if the activity is cancelled by the vendor.

2. 100% refund if cancelled by you or your representative with at least 48 hours notice prior to the activity check in time for groups of 5 or less.

3. 100% refund if cancelled by you or your representative with at least 72 hours notice prior to the activity check in time for groups of 6 or more.

Vouchers are non-refundable (no refund is due) less than 48 hours prior to the activity check in time for groups of 5 or less, or 72 hours prior for groups of 6 or more. This includes deposits and fares for reductions in the number of passengers prior to 48 hours of the activity check in time for groups of 5 or less or 72 hours prior for groups of 6 or more.

The cancellation policy as stated on your voucher(s) supercedes any other policies regardless of whether or not it is written, published on the Internet, or conveyed verbally by our agent or an agent of any other company.

NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS, REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE. THIS INCLUDES CRUISE SHIPS THAT DO NOT DOCK ON TIME (FOR WHATEVER REASON) AND CAUSE YOU TO MISS THE TOUR.

WE HAVE CHARGED YOUR CARD FOR THE DEPOSIT OF THE ACTIVITY. IN SOME CASES, WE HAVE CHARGED YOUR CARD FOR THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT PLUS BALANCE PAID AMOUNT FOR THE ACTIVITY. IF THE LATER IS CHARGED, THIS MEANS THAT THE TOUR(S) HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. THE CHARGE(S) WILL BE LISTED ON YOUR STATEMENT UNDER HAWAII WEB DESIGN.

If you cancel your tour(s) and re-book with a Time Share Group, you agree that we are allowed to retain the deposits charged.

"PROPER NOTICE OF CANCELLATION" means a fax to 808-356-0296. Faxes must be received during 7am and 4pm Hawaii Standard Time. Faxes received after this time will be considered as having been received the next day. You must phone us at 808-346-5773 to verify that we have received your cancellation fax. Answer phone cancellation messages WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Email cancellations must have a reply from Hawaii Fun Tours to be considered "Proper Notice of Cancellation".

Any and all telephone conversations between you and the vendor or our booking agent do not supercede a written notice of cancellation.

You agree that any disputes will be settled according to Hawaii Revised Statutes and the Courts of the State of Hawaii.

To avoid confusion, you agree to make all changes to your reservations through Hawaii Fun Tours, and not directly with the vendor.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding your voucher.

Hawaii Fun Tours shall not be liable to any individual utilizing these tour programs for delays, injury, loss, accident or damage to persons or property beyond its control.

PRIVACY

Information Collection and Use

Hawaii Web is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement unless otherwise stated. Hawaii Web collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.

Order

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
